Are you talking about PCV or ECV?

That's two different things...

Both EVC and PCV wise i'd say the KM get the best.

Graf AA battery is great thanks to the concentration of hardpoints (usually CVs got their hardpoints spread on the front and rear of the ship giving them a bad concentration of firepower). 

And the KM PCV can use 11" guns to screw over other CVs in CV rooms. 

ecv = cv3
pcv = cv5.5

so if you have ijn&uk go for their own pcv, go back to cv3 is useless
if you have km cv2 go for the ecv

the enterprise is flat garbage if you ask me, i expected a little better for a event ship

all the PCVs are good imho they are a CV 5.5 good ships for the grind to CV6 

still waiting on a BB 5.5 :)

Matter or opinion.

i'd also go for KM.

the ijn cv has a weight issue with high lvl pilots on there,
and the gun slots are more spread out than the KM version. 
(can't compare weight with the km one, since my km crew aint end tier atm)

dont have a UK cv crew, but if you've been out for 2 years you might notice that the UK FP
have had a bad nerf, which makes them less enjoyable than before. 

Noticed on my Malta & implacable that they are subpar now.. what a shame.

I picked the Richtofen since I don't play hardcore anymore and figured it might make grinding the KM CV line a little more enjoyable than a standard Graf, though I'm still not clear on the advantages of the ECV vs CV3. 

I really don't understand why the CV is even considered in the argument.  The real question should be about the fighters and bombers, not the boat.

Certainly the KM and MN have good gun emplacements with lots of space for nuclear cluster-bomb emplacements (aka HH) and are certainly capable of sinking a battleship that gets too close, so that has some gameplay advantage.

It's alll about your fighters and bombers, not the type of CV (whether it's CV1, ECV, PCV, or CV6). 

I meant ECV in the title; I'm known to be somewhat lysdexic when I'm tired xD

And I recognize that it's mostly your fighters, levels, player skill, etc, but the boats may or may not have differences such as

A) Different submergences
B) Differe tslots
C) Different plane space
D) Bonus XP? Not sure 

Which is what I was asking about.  

I actually enjoyed the Enterprise as the YT somewhat sucked imo due to one less support slot, plane space and less SD.

PCV wise I'd say aye to the Hindi. Fast, turns on a  dime, lotsa space, huge gun spots. Overall very cool.
