great HA got canceled for no reason

Moderators do not have tools to cancel HA, so enough with the personal flaming cena, thank you.

I have passed this to the GMs who are trying to contact the Server Dev to find out what happened.  Unlikely to get an answer today though.

I spoke to DarkGM who called out a Server Dev to look at this.  Early indications are a coding issue introduced accidentally during the last maintenance period.  It may also affect other HAs this weekend of which there are 5 programmed: 2 on Nebraska and 3 on Kaiser. 

We will refund declaration fees to the fleet leaders if HAs fail and there will be an event next weekend to go some way towards an apology for this mistake.  We know not everyone will be able to take advantage of that (jimmy already informed me he is away).  

To be clear once more, the Moderators do NOT have any tools for cancelling a HA, nor do I.

hopefully SDE can figure it out and ensure that it is fixxed asap.

Please keep us informed and let us know the timetable for fixing this bug, open honest communication on this would be appreciated before fleets start declaring more HA's next weekend.

An event next weekend would be a nice gesture to all involved, as would the reparation of the HA declaration fee's.
