There will be quick patch tonight to fix HA issue. 

NFNA servers will be down for patch.
- Sep 16 11 PM to Sep 17, 0 AM (PST)
- Sep 17   6  AM to 7 AM (GMT/UTC)  

To compensate this issue,
There will be 200% EXP gain rate and 200% Vet conversion rate applied from
9/20 THU, 00:00 to 9/23 SUN, 23:59 (PST).
