Should be, going by other news of:
To compensate this issue,
There will be 200% EXP gain rate and 200% Vet conversion rate applied from
9/20 THU, 00:00 to 9/23 SUN, 23:59 (PST).
So is that what the extra hour of weekly maint. is for? Or are they doing some other server-side patch?

Just roasted 300 experts on my already crappy gunners (lvl 68). Mind you they had 60 before and after. XP boost, yes, Vet conversion, nah... maybe now I will buy some olives to actually get gunners I can use, was never like this before.
(before ya start flamin, I have spent 300$ on an old account, back then)
