Definitely Sevast, it used to be overpowered like hell, not sure if its still like that but even if its not you should still get it for the extra support slots.

gangut lacks the turret space that the izmail line has, the sevastopal has larger T slot spaces so you can run the SD-2 OR Minzini AA setup. as Tappo said the extra support slot is nice.

I have the choice between Izmail and Sevastopol right now. So far I chose the latter, because of more DP and one more support slot. Still sucking in it, though. :o

But both izmail and gangut has way better spread than shotgunvastopol.
