Some major updates and changes: (Note that this is nowhere near complete)
1. Italy (RM) has been added and subsequently rebalanced.
2. ECVs for US, UK, KM, IJN and MN were released through 3 events.
3. H44 gun angle has been changed as a fix to inconsistant damage.
4. Two game modes have been added:
 a) World at War (A L100+ room with next to no ability cap and increased crew death)
 b) Select Mode: SS (New in this patch)
5. HA changes:
 a) HA for MN, SN and RM harbors are now available.
 b) HA time schedule has been changed.
 c) HA preparation time is now 1 hour instead of 2.
6. Torpedo exp has been increased by 50%.
7. You can now rearrange the order of your ships.
8. Some sprite changes for SN and MN (RM too, but that shouldn't affect you).
9. Scouts now have dedicated classes (Recon pilots). This does not affect ability.
10. Screenshots taken by the game now have timestamps, for reporting purposes.

If you used to play CV you might remember that Aircraft ability was useless and FT/B abilities were like attack and defense. Well not any more. Aircraft is just for scouts now and it does something, FT is for FTs and acts as a combined "strength" , and B ability is for DB and TB increasing their durability only. 

disp of ebb2 has been reduced for a bit, if you have weird setup.
