MukMuk	What exactly is causing your shells to fall so short of your guidlines?

CNR4806	Your BO's ability is too high for the guns you're using. But unless you're on a BB I wouldn't recommend you to do anything with it.

You are most wrong. I fixed the problem. I figured it was the ability but wasn't too sure.

vets experts and rookie.. you can do the balancing depending on the ship you used...
