Legit question.
Take a look at their plans for 2012, absolutely ridiculous.

Out of 6 projects they said they would be working on only one has actually made it on the servers and it was a complete failure. The others we have no idea what is going on, and its not like they have been delayed or pushed back, for all we know they could have been canned LOL!
- The Win7 patch was in the finishing stage in late 2011 and it still hasnt made it on the servers? Theres and incredible amount of ways to crash in this game it could potentially be a world record by now.
- The "HA Battle mode" was never heard of even though I asked for updates many times. (By the way it was supposed to be patched in either March or April).
- HA Upgrade never happened and its still a buggy as hell. (To be patched in the first semester of this year)
- Achievement system: never heard a word about that, SDE has probably forgotten about it as well.
- Interface changes: as far as I know it never happened. We are still waiting for the guidelines to turn red when crossing someone and the improvement to the ship's overheat system.
On top of that the Community manager is a joke and in my opinion even worse than Yuno because at least he didnt claim he cared about the players and would listen/talk to them.
Also by reading the test server forum it turns out they arent capable of doing anything the test team asks them to which shows some serious lack of skills and they are too lazy to learn or at least try. How do incompetent people like that get a job?
Basically what the hell do you do the entire day, please hire me if possible because I would love to do absolutely nothing and get paid for it.
