  • Back after longtime away, no ships or crew!!!!

Hi all,

Hoping someone can help me here?!
I've been away from the game for some time now but wanted to get back into it
To my shock, my old server (Iowa) has gone and so have all my ships, crew, everything!
I spent a fair few dollars on elites, prem subcription and also bought a ship, not forgetting the normal sailors, ships  i spent many hours leveling and all my credits, etc i had built up from trades

I have submitted a support ticket about this but would like to know if it is even possible to get this all back and onto a newer server like Nebraska?

you have done the right thing just wait for the sp answer they should be able to recover your data

Thanks for the reply, i hope they do recover all my stuff

Oddly enough thou, i have just logged into Nebraska and found sailors tucked away in my HQ, but unfortunately they are useless without my ships or BO of that nation!

Does anyone know how long this sort of thing usually takes? i cant surely be the only one whose come back and found this problem

Please tell me you have been on in the past 2 years? if not, The GM's won't get the crew back, Same thing happened to a friend of mine. He lost his bb and cv6 crew.....

Sir,
Please be patient and await reply from support.

If you have submitted a ticket ensure you have provided as much information as possible to assist in the search for stored data.
ie Time Last logged onto your account, approximate what crews and ships you had achieved and the server that you were on.
The majority of times the data can be restored, and your items returned, but if too much time has passed the data may get lost or currupted, which will unfortunatly mean having to start over again.

As this question has now been answered I will lock the thread.

Start over again?! If that is to happen, i would like my money back. i'm not one to complain or get angered but to get rid of a players items regardless of inactivity when we are talking about paid for items is astonishing.
Now being that it was approx. mid 2010 the last time i played, i cant exactly remember what i had apart from my paid for items by looking at payment history and knowing i had a RN CV and BB(french) so i would have had high level crews for both nations

How long does this usually take? And are any GM's around that could look at this for me as i'm very eager to get back to playing

it can take a couple of working days, but keep checking your ticket as there may be follow on questions asked.
