please send in a support ticket and the GMs will sort this out.

If you have been inactive for a long period of time they remove your data to free up space but they will have a record of it.

The tickets are there, but if you could edit them to add an approximate timeframe when you last played it will help the GMs with searching the archives for your data.  In terms of being answered, as it is weekend there is only one GM available so it might take a while yet, but they will get to it.  Sorry for the delay.
