Question. i have 4 X 135 Vetted 90 Elite Engineers with 3X Elite Repairs in support slots, and a Seamon and Restore in T Slots. In a Monty ( or BB6 ) will i be capped out on speed to where i should drop a enginner for another Rep cause i know they dont cap out. ( its for GB's and HH's) I relize WAW doesnt cap. Also i heard repairs do work in T slots also if so should i just do 1 Seamon 1 Rep there and drop restore?

Cheers

is it 4x 135 vetted lvl 90 Elite Engy?

yep dropthe restorer, your SD will be capped  at 80s and replace it with another engy to lenghten your OH time more

and most players don't use seaman on bb so probably change your seaman to an engy to lengthen your oh more or a rep to get the repair rate cap

so its either 6:4 engy:rep or 5:5 engy:rep

You should never drop engineers.

4 Engineers are not enough for USN, you need 5 or 6.

Restorers are usless.

Seamen is not needed for Monty or Nebraska, the spread is fine without them and they don't boost enough to be worth it on a BB.

Minimal 4 Repairs with 130+ Vets are needed to Repair Cap.

Ideal crew is 6 Engineers, 4 Reps, scout, BO, 2 Acc Gunners and 2 Rld Gunners if you want AA or HH. (When running AA or HH, run 5 Engineers, 3 Reps + scout on Nebby or 4/3 on Montana with AA/HH)

I agree with dropping the restore as your SD will be capped out anyway. I run 5 engys, 4 reps, scout, bo, gunners, and seaman. The reason I like having the seaman is he does make a noticeable difference in OH time and spread (he might even add a knot to your speed sometimes). Also, if you ever decide to start a USN CV crew, you'll already have a high level seaman.
