Okay, so I just logged in to see if everything went ok with the server merge.

And although all ships / sailors etc were traded normally, without any mistakes (or at least I haven't noticed them yet), the server merge created another problem for me:


In my account I had almost full sailors and my first hq page, with 1-2 spaces so I could exchange between the waiting list for usage, trade etc.

After the server merge, my "Extra" sailors got placed on the extended hq page, however, since I do not "own" this (it is grayed out), I am now stuck.

I can not deposit new sailors on my hq (cause the free boxes in HQ are in the new, extended page and are grayed out, I don't own it). I cannot winthraw sailors from my hq (full sailor list).
I cannot even delete unwanted sailors from the HQ to try and make some space (although this wouldn't work as I want to keep some from the other server too)

Meaning, I cannot trade, cannot take the sailors I need out etc.
This happened in both my main and my storage account.


I think the appropriate solution would be to give us that one extended page so we can actually use it (or if this si considered 2nd or one more page anyway) so we don't face this problem.

As far as i know, HQ pages are increased. 

If you continue to have this problem, please send in a support ticket.

Thanks for the quick answer, I uploaded a screenshot of my hq now, will wait for someone to confirm whether this is what was meant to happen or not and then send a support ticket.

(As you can see in the ss in the first post, I can normally "handle" the upper part of my hq page, but not the bottom one, so I can't really use the extra slots)

if you have premium account you can now have access to that lower HQ page.

So the free players don't get their HQ pages added but the premium did? Can a free player confirm this? (I just don't wanna send the support ticket and waste GM's time without knowing exactly what happened so it can be resolved fast)

Sending in a support ticket along with this screenshot will be the best thing to do for now :)

Im a free player, last time i have premium account I put my sailors in the lower page of my HQ. Until now I can't use my sailors lol .

Ok, thanks, I sent in the support ticket, wil update this thread when I have more news in case more players are interested

This happened in the last server merge for people who's sailors after merge was higher than the available space in their accounts.

It is not a bug but it can be inconvenient.


The greyed sailors are stored in the HQ while you have no space but may be removed if you have space in the waiting list.  

The best solution for this is to free one space in the waiting list by either deleting, selling or transfering a sailor to a storage account, so you can later dismiss the yellow sailors that came from the server you were not playing.

If you are unable to do this for some reason, then as fireson suggested, please send a Support Ticket so we can look a way to help you

Ask a friend to hold the waiting sailors, then if you still can't hold them put them in a storage account.

Yeah, I imagined this was another weird WAD and not a bug, anyway, I will be putting them in storage, thing is that this also happened in my storage account, so I am gonna have to make a new one... thanks anyway
