  • When to class AA gunners?

Just start to play UK line. Should I just class a pair of Armament gunners (+12 reload) to AA gunners at level 120, so it will have about 2800+ reload ability after boosted.
Or I should class them to AA gunners at lower level.?
I know that the AA ability doesn't affect the reload speed but only affects ship's auto machine guns.
The AA guns reload speed can only be governed by gunners reload ability, that's for KM, is that the same for UK?
I want to use the popop gun.

Dear Sukhoi,

Have you thought about having TWO pairs of AA gunners for RN? One classed as AA as high as possible (IMO, lvl 120 classing is a bit of overkill) and the other classed as regular Rld gunners to take advantage of the regular AA capable guns (the 4.5 QF duals are hard hitting!)?

All AA guns follow Acc/Rld ability and not AAW. In terms of when to class UK, I imagine it is before 120, but if you can wait till 120 it doesn't hurt anything that I can see.

I am currently using PomPom with level 84 AA gunners classed on time. They are fine. There is little difference on these guns from 60 to 80 as the lag of the guns is too nuch for NF to take and so they are virtually self capping.

But for RP12A I have a pair of Arm crew that are at 104 (still) and will wait to 115 before they are classed for use on BB6. They will just hit the reload cap being 10/12 if BVE to 109 vets.
