How big is the difference?

For example in BB4


BB4 A has all its supports +11 and boosted

BB4 B has all its supports +12 and boosted

BB4 C has all its supports +13 and boosted


Bonus question: none boost vs boost gunners at high level?

its all a matter of preference and if you can afford to buy the elites.

I personaly have a US rep with 12 rep 11 rest that is way more usefull than an elite one which is same lvl. Firstly you get more sd from him because of the higher value in restore and secondly it was cheaper as i rolled him.

There are other people that will support that elites is the best option or others that will say that a 11 11 rep is much better than the elite ones (reason is mentioned above).

If i am correct Engs are the only ones contributing in the engine department. It has no effect if you have a 12 rep 12 eng and u class him as a rep. The engine stats will remain unchaged, HOwever if you class this sailor as eng you will receive much more sd due to the rep stat plus he will contibute a small part in repairing.

As i said is all a matter of planning and finding the right sailors for you. I would prefer to have elite engs as they give more OH faster than +11 or +12 or if possible +12 eng +11or 10 rep. FOr reps i prefer again +12 with good stats in restore or the elite ones for higher rep rate in lower lvls. Repair is capped where as the engine OverHeat is not.

For the boost part its to help you in lower lvls have a better spread and better reload. All gunners (yes even 10/10) cap by the time you get to 120lvl. But i would boost the gunners if i was u because you want them to reload as fast as possible and have good accuracy.

Thank you for that. Im asking if the difference of BB4 A,B,and C OH time and repair rate is noticable?

Thanks Sanitarium, I just rolled some +12 and some +11 supports. Rolling sailors is hard and I dont have any credits to buy one.

don't matter if you have no money... just roll something like 10 or 20 +12 stat sailors (any type) lvl them up to lvl 12 and give nation. The ones that you are going to use just give the nation u want and for the rest put them on trade system.

sailor stat will determine wich nation its best to give for a sale. A bomber+12 should be classed SN  as many players look this sailors to make their own BW CV. Fighter+12 should be classed US as the best fighters are USN. If "best" nation trade system "its full" of this sailors, search for another good nation (like IJN for bombers or RM/KM for fighters)

Once you sold those sailors look for the sailors you wanted, you will be able to buy them, and if you dont repeat the process.

Don't care only about primary stat (that Must be +12), check for secondary stats (in Engys search for good rep&rest, on Rest look for rep-stat, on everybody else (specially Reps) look for rest; in gunners look for a good balance of Acc&Rel according to your needs). Beware that sailors +12+11 will be mostly sold at a higher price than any other +12, so looking for +12+10 should not be a bad idea if you are short in funds

 

If you are smart and have some patience you will end up with all of your crew not only +12 base but also with decent (10 or more) on the secondary stats, that will make some difference in the most part of your grind (from lvl 70 to 120).

don't ever lvl up a base 11... even if they are good at the end of the grind (and this means GB or HA, never WAW battles) they will not be sold for nearly similar ammount of money than a +12+11 or a +13, in fact, the prize will be more like a +10 stat..

if this question cames because you have a +11 crew that i'ts under lvl 100 just trade it and lvl up a new crew with good stats
