  • reset account ?

i'd been to much time without play, now when i open the account i realize that i hadn't my ships, neither my sailors, i had a bismarck a submarine .. even a i had a premium ship.. the andrea doria.. and boost , i remember 5 boost , i think so.. well i wanna know what happend to that. 

 

PD: sorry for my english, but i'm chilean.

Its probably in archives due to server merge . Send a support ticket in .

In the top bar of the website beneath the Navyfield title, click on Support (right hand side) and then Contact Support.  Fill out the form and submit. 

 

It will help if you can indicate when you last played (approximately) and on which server.  The GMs will then search for your details in the archive and restore from there.

Actully when you log in to the game, it will tell you "all accounts not used with in a year, will need to be reset, and to send in a support ticket" It is something in these words. I see it every time I log into the server. Its on the main login/password page! Plus there was plenty of annoucements regarding this.

 

@ vick, its on the left hand side as well, where the attendance, contact support, olive, info. Support is in 2 places.

thanks a lot... but a last thing... when i try to send the ticket i can't, it said that there is a internal several error. that's what it said yesterday and today.
can you vick11 take my ticket form here ?

thats because your ticket title is too long, please use a shorter subject line, there is a pinned thread in the tec support area about this.
