RA fleet is concerned about the situations occurring with Fleet Battle applications.Every of our last 3 applications, which were confirmed in advance, hanged at the 2nd stage more than 7 days till the battle times.We hope that recent servers merge would increase referee amount and significantly reduce number of these unpleasant situations.RA fleet thanks referee Jvenable38 for response to our judgement request on 22.11.12 and despite disappeared application he agreed to wait a bit and to accept the new one.

something tells me 3/4 of the Mods dont even look at the fleet battle section, maybe that needs to be a requirementand if thats not the case and its a time issue, maybe need to hire more mods for different time zones so battles can take place

Well date set and time are the Key, Like the one mentioned was set for 10:30am server time on thanksgiving day and that would limit the available mods.
But you are correct we can do better at getting these confirmed sooner.
