I have recieved response from Korea that it should not take much longer. Again, I'm very sorry for the longer than usual downtime.

 

*Update 3:30 PST*

 

The login server has been fixed, but a more thorough reboot is necessary in order to stabalize the server. We should be able to log in within 10 minutes.

 

*Update 4PM PST*

Received word to try logging in but there appears to still be problems. I am awaiting a new update at this time. Please keep in mind that our Korean office is not yet open, so we do not have full resources available at the moment. We still expect to have a fix soon and our full team will then take a closer look later today in order to pinpoint the exact cause of this downtime.

 

On a side note, we will offer some sort of compensation for this as it is unacceptable. Details on that will be posted once our team has been able to discuss and fully fix this issue.

All servers (login, data, test, etc.) are down at this time as our server devs attempt to pinpoint the root of this latest downtime. The latest information suggests that the file server is responsible. Our team is currently focusing on it as a result. We cannot give a certain ETA on when the server will be back to normal, but we are trying to work as quickly as possible. Stay tuned for more updates.
