I'll take the watch and stop the time and go around and taking people money over billions and billions. Then tax can pay up slowly even if the watch breaks :)

I swear the watch idea is from a movie I'd seen when I was much younger.

I'd take the money. There's something comforting knowing that the one constant thing in the world is time keeps ticking away. 

I would take the money, then buy SDE and hire people to run it properly and a coding team to learn the coding in here, hire a testing team (possibly our volunteer test team?).
