Server is taxed and maxxed out

I just managed to get in after 10 minutes of trying. I still don't have chat yet.

I just logged in, same; No Fleet Chat. I thought it was a bug with using a 3G dongle.

Related to server capacity. Interestingly enough, while I was reffing this match I somehow wound up in the Phoenix fleet HA team chat.

I have been getting all chat and team chat while sitting in harbor, or in channel. I went to do something for like a few mins, came back, and I was sitting in harbor, and I had all chat, and team chat, and I was not in a battle. I was also looking over the clan rooms a few hours ago, and I had all chat from someone, and I was not in a room. This is funny.

Why did this never happen before when servers were full?

KT HA going on right now and i can see there fleet chat and team chat ingame.
