i just got done looking at the trade boards, and it looms like all the new posts are people wanting to trade thier KM BB / cv cews for other nations.

lol, trading / giving away a german crew? well seems they must not like the fact it takes a bit of patients and actual effort to play the german ships.

Well said.. patience that your grind will take longer by virtue of your shells doing no damage vs the other guys. I've been beating some people up with my mid 80s H39 crew and lvl 94 gunners. The spread makes me wanna cry sometimes, especially the damage vs smaller ships. 

KM definitely makes you work for it.. that's for sure.
