Is there any jap guns capable of shooting blocks...?

The only IJN gun i know of capable of blocking would be 6.1" N (and probably D).None of their BB guns are capable of blocking to my knowledge.

Yamato Guns are the only BB guns that actually fully block using atleast 11/11 Overvetted 140+ B/V/E'd lvl 120 Gunners. For CA/CL guns it depends on the Gunners and sort of FCS. CA FCS proivdes a little bit more accuracy that CL FCS does.
