 Well, its a very nice ship.  For the record, I'm using EBVE at lvl crew ranging from 82 down to 79. 4 Engys, 2 reps and scout. Gunners are irrelevant as the OPro trip guns are the guns we all know.


Speed is 35knts with .3 belt (don’t go there, I don’t care) and 62 bulge before I dropped a knot.

Fun ship! Probably the best thing that came out of this event.  I recommend it!

seems a good ship but really slow. with at lvl crew it is going to take a while to speedcap it... look at the oh ratios

it will take a lvl 100+ bve crew to achieve 39 knot :O

It`s a slow brawler, this is what Rehor and I intended.

Because aiming is so easy with those gun and anything in range will just be a prey.

but.. shouldn't a brawler be tough? like Queen Elizabeth it's a long range hard hitter, but QE can also stand some hard hits. i saw bissy 43 get easily oneshotted by every BB5, and it has no chance against BB4s. Giving bissy some toughness to make up for slow speed and the low OH Ratio, thus giving a chance against BB4s, it would make it too unbalanced for BB3s and lower?

You shouldnt compare anything to the QE since there was a major mistake made with it in the ONF BB12 patch.

Seriously considered getting the new Bismark but a quick test in the old one quickly reminds you that it cant take a hit.

The QE is a bugged ship, it's a BB2 with nearly top BB3 range. It's an exploit, in which people abused and everyone do it.

EBB4 were never balanced to fight against BB4/5, just like stock BB3 get raped over by BB4.

Bismarck1943 is a EBB3 and a real nightmare for anything that has BB3 or less range. Even EBB4s have barely a chance against it. Compare it with maryland, le Havre, Mutso, Vailant Izmail 1916, Guilio Cesare 1914 or Provenze and you will see that you have a pretty good ship in your hands.

Exactly!  No, you cant AW it and No, it wont go 42kts but, if you know Km and want to have a good blocker for rush. This is it.  People pay for getting in range.

Its and EVent ship. You can only get it during an event.
