Ok, Ive been having problems trying to log into Navyfield ever since the server merge at the begining of year. I never had
any problems before then, at least nothing close to this. After I run the Navyfield launcher and get to the blue sky/ ocean
music playing join screen, and press join it will sit there for 60 seconds then say " the connection to the server has been lost"
Ive already done the whole uninstall, defrag, reboot, clean the registry, defrag the registry, reboot, reinstall route 3 seperate times!
Ive also disabled the Antivirus and even turned off the firewall ( even though Navyfield and its ports are in the exception list) Ive opened
ports- 8001,8060,16671. Ive installed the TCP Optimizer and ran it as well. Here is the AhnReport from the Hackshield folder to tell you about my system

Thanks for the info it helps.

OK first I can see that the available ram is low "Physical Memory 257.57MB free"
And do you have all non essential programs shut down before starting NF?

When was the last time it ran trouble free?

November something of 2010. Then I took a break till about end of febuary of this year to catch up on some PS3 games. The only thing I did was install two programs (small) for my daughter. Ive deleted them now. You think the
physical memory can be increased enough by deleting more programs? Yeah I use to not shut things down and it still worked, but know im shutting down everything I know to try and get it to work. do you want me to run a pathping test? You need any more info?

physical memory is applications that are running though right? Not available memory? If thats the case, deleting programs wont help physical memory just disabling applications?

No same deal... This sucks. What options do I have? Oh when i get to the page im talking about( join page), and the server does the file checking proccess, it runs its check and it flashes by but its 1/4 on first check 2/4 on second 2/4 on third and there is another one I think but I cant catch it. does that mean that the files on the server side are corrupted or incomplete? Thanks for continuing to help me with this...

As far as updates my PC is supposed to update automatically. And as far as I know it has been, thats Windows updates at least. And the only other game I play on my PC is Silent Hunter 2, which is an old game... like 2001 -2002 something like that. I would delete it if it would get me back playing Navyfield for the simple fact of all the time and money I put into Navyfield. Do you know of anything I can do? Do you know much about the TCP optimizer, and do you think its PC related or connection related? Also do you have any ideas why this did not happen before the merge? Does the game have different system requirements now?

Well the other game should be an issue, what could be an issue is another anti-cheat program like
Steam uses or Punkbuster. they will cause issues.

I am not that aware of the TCP optimizer specifics but most connections dont need it. You could try
removing it and see what happens.

The game systems did not change so its something else.
Please check windows update and verify its all good and especially any ".net updates"
