They aren't upgrade guns and since the bb4/5 patch they never really were.
And given the characteristics of the BB6 guns the 110 couldn't be turned into "upgrade guns" either with the last BB5 gun fixes, nor could they be made into alternative guns with other (dis)advantage compared to the 100's. As was the case for most nations 110 guns.
So with the last BB5 gun fixes all 110 guns ( except the US guns) were either made or left clearly inferior to the 100 guns.
So unless you're running a Monty, never use 110 guns, unless you like playing at a (big) disadvantage.
