should i go with just RELOAD or with AAW class ???

classing gunners reload-reload-reload is completely unnecessary and inefficient.
Go reload-acc-reload

I suppose, but that extra 4 accuracy isnt going to make a great deal of difference to such low level guns on BBs.
Stick 100 vets and a few hundreds experts on them, they'll cap accuracy before 79, even without an acc promotion.

Anyone care to explain why aaw is a bad direction to take? I've heard reload is better, I just don't understand why yet. This is my first time playing US.

To operate USN AA guns, your gunners need as much reload ability as possible (reload cap is at 2.7 M true ability). What counts is as many shells in the air as possible.
The AAW stat has never been activated for sailors, so it does strictly nothing.
