first off BB123 is good if you can handle yourself. Depends if you can get 100k atk in your BB2 then you will get good exp, but if you can barely manage 25k then no.

Between the two and your fighting style, Penn is fast while Tenn is firepower.

The Penn has a smooth OH curve and is good for hit&run ("H39 killer") but can only hold 14"trips.
The Tenn can carry 16" Duals or even the 16" Trips (mini Monty but ammo shortage).

Overall, US BB2 grind is really fast and youll get your NC in no time.

What KingCong said. I like my Ten45 remod because it was very powerful for its size and it could take a beating in my opinion. The speed wasn't really great though. 36 OH with my 2 lvl 70's engys. It really just depends on how you play. Don't play the BB 1/2/3 rooms unless you are great at killing/damaging other ships.
