They're set ups are the same, just personal preference.

I believe their speed is the same too, could be wrong. 

Bottom line by far. Much smaller. Thus harder to hit and seems to turn better, may just be because of size difference though

If you look at the ship stats you can see the Conte di Cavour has more submergence.
