I suggest that there should be an option to reduce a sailor's vet manually.
Because for example I want to ghost my BO but it has 100 vets, it takes a long time to reduce it's vet to 0.
Or I got a crew with uneven vets, I can manually reduce its vet to make them even.
I would also like to add another suggestion, an option to promote vets by 1 not by 10.
