Usually stalingrad runs 24/40.So as mine also runs 24/40.

40 is the top speed you'd reach with stalingrad, as Ikari mentioned.

WoW! What a difference! With 4 eng 4 rep, i can only squeeze out 39 atm. Training 2 new elite engies to literally catch up :) Thanks!

42 OH here too without dropping ammo. Sadly no longer because crew got fat but I maintained 42 through the whole BB4 grind.

 

Sorry to revive an older thread, But can someone confirm that 24/40 is still the top normal speed? I have 6 engies EBVE on support slots all level 95 with 200+ vets each and can only get this ship  to 23/39 myself. Normal set-up of course 16" Guns, BBIII Heavy engine(max HP) with full ammo. The ship itself is still very playable :). Just wondering if another knot can be expected sometime durring the BB4 grind?
