Choose the one with most overheat time and most diference between Cruise speed and OH speed. If you have some spare 200k credits, put one, see the cruise/OH speed, change it, see the same for the other engine.

Most horsepwer is normally the best answer. Some engines have the the same horsepower but different weights, making the lighter engine superior. You could try just installing the engines and checking their speeds.

And the Indiana should use the USN CV IV heavy. It's not uncommon for some BBs to use CV engines.
