Yup now i have that problem too. NF has worked fine for 3 years and now i get it all of the sudden.
Just yesturday i was playing fine.. now when i try to launch the game it crashes the 2nd i launch it.
Im not going to put my specs up because it has nothing to do with them, there fine.
I did full re-install, and followed steps from the "Common Solutions" Post, blah,blah.
Anyone know whats up with this sudden crashing from launch?

Problem is fixed... weird thing is. Once i plugged my speakers in. It worked. When i had them unplugged it did not.

Odd, probably not related. But regardless. Yes it is fixed now.

Are they USB sound? and I ask cause the sound in game is a real tricky thing?

No they're direct into sound card ones, that was the weird part.
