Couldnt find a thread that covered this.

Would Loooove an ECV3/4 to plop in between the Graf Zep II and the Europa. Its a mean grind and all ze other nations have plenty more ships to choose from.  Perhaps throwing in another ECV for germany will make it a bit less discouraging to play. Especially when considering that KM ftrs are no longer the certain top dawg

He means for between the lvl 80 cv Graf Zeppelin II and the lvl 96 CV Europa.

 

As for other nations have plenty of other ships to choose from, then all have a long grind from CV4 to CV5, at roughly lvl 80-95 each, not just KM. Infact, KM is one of the better ones.

France, Italy, and Japan all have an extra CV one could aquire between cv4 and cv5, 

considering that KM doesnt have as many incentives as other nations I think it could be worth popping another CV in there. Especially if NF is considering removing proxy torps

You should clarify it a little more that you want an ECV2/3 to be added, since KM has an ECV1.
