all salors except BO must be under lvl 99 to enter.
same caps in WaW are used and XP scale,only differance is lvl 1-99.
Other than lvl all else remains same as WaW rooms.

I think an Elite WaW room be cool too. compleately remove all salor caps. Increase expert/rookie salor deaths 500% no vet deaths. Increase earn Experts 500%, Increase medic skills 250% or to the point where a medic earns you lots of experts. increase XP 250% increase points / credits 0%.Remove ship top speed caps, remove repair caps, remove reload caps, remove all pilot caps,Raise SD cap inorder to acheave cap must have at least 1 restor.
This would be for all lvls, while im at it. Allow a few new rules.
 PPl may stay in a fleet group, and at auto split get put in same team.
 PPL may join a squad teams, when auto split hapens they are on the same team.
 PPL may join as a Party and when auto split takes place, these ppl are on the same team. Maybe when that happens have some kinda balance gauge. Maybe says Alfa 120% power Bravo 80% power and afect the xp's to reflect the embalance. If Bravo wins they would earn 120% xp if alfa wins they get 80%.
And all other game room types could be used with this elite setting. Example a blitz hobbit war. With host check box option to empose the lvl resrictions of blitz or not.
