TB exp does NOT need a buff.

It needs a freaking fix because torp attack gets shared with everyone on your team giving you jack squat in the end.

If CVs got their fair share of xp for being a FW, more would be inclined to do so. I mean, CVs who FW get as much xp as a BB would if the BB had no guns. It isn't fair because unlike a ship who is capable of attacking but doesn't, FW CVs actually contribute to their team. But they still get the same xp as someone who is leeching, with putting in 100 times the effort.

the absolute right way to go. it would only make the game more playable and enjoyable across the board. instead we have the stupidity of ship tuning.
