were ALL CV's have  to have  1 FT an 2 Bombers   or 1 FT an 1 Bomber.
 when ever it's some kind of a event   about 75% of the games i play as a  CV i get either a FTW OR BW  i feel we should do something about it.

my issues is i get  other CV's an myself get blamed for not being able to scout theirs 3 reason why not ( for me theirs reason i can't scout)
 
1. i am Camped
2. i am Loading
3. my fav I am  fighting 2+ Ftw's
 
 an the  BB's reasponse can u drag ur FT's ..... Kinda hard when one of  those 3 things are going ...

to answer you question regarding the cv room rules,
Those rules only apply to the CV select mode. A cv can play any setup in any other room as long as they have planes loaded.
