as title says suggesting that the HH be Re-Classed to Torps from Guns this way they can be re-stricted from battle and you can have all the 0% skill 100% noobs with HH blocked from battle rooms since there is a No Torp tab for making rooms so yes this would cut out ships from using torps in the rooms but this would be acceptable to stop noobs from HH spamming best and easy fix

Made it more easy. HH must not allow to attack ships, like in HA or fleet battle.

why do not aplly the same rules in regular battlerooms?

While I agree that HH are being used incorrectly, It would be hard to enforce a rule where you cannot shoot HH at surface ships. They should be made to bounce off surface ships and do 0 damage like AA shells do.

Oh, and shooting HH at surface ships is perfectly legal in HA (In HA almost anything goes except border humping)

The only way they are restricted is in Fleet League. I know on Kaiser our rules state that they must only be shot at submarines. Fleets get a penalty if HH are shot at a surface ship.

if i could id rather recommend this as its a much better thought giving HH AA shell status so 0 Dmg to surface vessels but the flaw here would be that SS would gain immunity to HH while its Surfaced but this would be quickly fixed by the use of regular guns

With torpedo exp for subs and ships being shared in GB II, I would say no to this idea. This would cause exp to be shared even more and would cause more complaints about it. My suggestion would be change the caliber and reload time as other threads have said.

this is directed to blitz and nothing with GBs and your point is invalid as this can still be done now but w/o effecting HH so wats ur point

Even if this concerns bltiz, if you change HH to be a torpedo class, it will still affect the other game types as well. Thats what my point is. All the sub drivers will be getting less and less exp...One of my fleetmates got...150k atk and only 20k exp with prem, because of the already shared torpedo exp.

Why not just add a "No HH" button on the blitz room setup menu instead of changing the class of HH?

My mistake. I mean Fleet league instead of HA.

About experience /attack ratio conversion is still a mistery for me. Some people say that to have great experience have to face biggest ship in room. Other people doesn´t agree.

But I´m sure that 20K exp ina a blitz is an important experience.

When it is shared exp it doesn't matter as much i think, although the more attack you get the higher your exp is due to your higher participation in battle.
