congrats welcome to the wonderful world of nf fails for modern computers.....you should post this in the tech forums to get help but guess what your still gonna have issues...some clues though....

Dont run any compatibility
always run as admin
unistall and make a directory in your x86 program files and name it nf then reinstall into that...
turn off all your xfire, virus scanners, and steam
ritually kill a chicke while paying praise to cthulhu

and even with all that they will tell you to do...It will still keep crashing every now and then or everytime.....

Its the last patch they put out it was sapose to fix issues, it made it worse.

LoL, it's a NF player burden.

Solution: get used to it :P

OK basic steps first

32 or 64 bit O/S? I assume its 64 since you have 8Gb Ram
in the game folder there is a subfolder called Hshield and within is a file called "AhnRpt" if you would run that
and Copy and Paste the results of the main screen only here?
Where is the game installed to?
