use the L version it got more range than the D version

in GB use LHE while in blitz HHE or you still can use LHE if you want  

yep always put 1 bind of AP at "B" Locker and not just RN Ships (if you see a ship with a weird set up and OHing very slow it may be armored or if your shells doesn't do alot of damage with it thats the time you switch to AP)

how were the US ships nerfed?? Most of them have been the same for a long time now, especially CL/CA.  If you are going to be asking questions on every ship you get, it's probably a good idea to leave out your random assumptions since they are most likely wrong.

trip 6" Ls.  always LHE, and  use AP on any armored ships.  It only takes 1 salvo to find out whether or not someone is armored.  Don't use heavy shells - not even in blitz.

dont be using torps on the Ts.  AA is not really an option.  The ship aaw is enough to protect you from most bombers in blitz (if you dodge bombers correctly).

The DDX is certainly not what it was. 

If you read back forums the CL Brooklyn could have x2 70  3"

Very different now then when I had a 120 crew with IJN and KM. 

yes, brooklyn could use single 3", 4" 5"s  too.   you should try those.    -.-

If you read the basic guides you'd know what the 3"/70 guns are for.  Brooklyn's available gunsets have always been the same.  I like how you brought up the ddx when I mentioned that there were no changes to CL/CA.   

Your initial questions make me wonder how you even got to lvl 120 -> using D guns, Heavy ammo, and AP-ing british ships. ....
