Go with KM, use db.

KM planes have the best offence and their dbs 2nd best dmg. (i.e. great fighters and great bombers)

so why would u wanna start any other nation now?

USS has a good trade function, everyone goes for it.
RN is good for TBs

Fighters? Either go KM, IJN or RM

TB? Either UK or RM

DB? Either SN or KM

Fighters + DB ? I would go KM

Fighters + TB ? I would go RM

Fighter + TB + DB  ?   NEVER DO THIS :0    but I would go RM

Scout + Fighter + TB + DB ? I you (want to) use this... Please kill yourself.
