Do you name all your BOs 120? I think x_hotman_x is on to something here. Also 8 pilots all tb? Maybe mix it up a little with 2 scouts or 2 fighters or a 1/1 mix.
Best method I've found to "practise" is to take torpedo bombers into WaW rooms, everything is going 40-50 knots and is way harder to hit. If you can do it in there you can do it anywhere.
