Since applying the last patch i've nothing but trouble. I ended up having to manual apply it which resolved the first data corruption issue and apart for taking a bit of time for the launcher to load i have been playing on it fine. Just went to try and load the game to day and when the screenshots come up while it loads i received ' A hacking attempt  has been detected, The status of this account has been sent to Team NF',,,,,,,,,,,, what is this about?? I haven't done anything apart from try to load the game!! Now i can't login!!!!

"Hacking Attempt Detected" is the generic message that goes off when the Hackshield program notices that a file has changed in your navy field installation. It sometimes misses the fact that you just downloaded a patch and goes off by accident. It sends a report to the GM's, who will then look at the details, note it is erroneous, and ignore it.

Just restart the game. Sorry to upset you. =)

I have changed alot to my NF, sprites, sound packs, advanced HUD
all legal, and hackshield didnt say anthing

I've tried restarting it a number of times now and the same thing happens. I'm downloading the game again to see if that makes any difference.

It won't. It knows enough to not care about sprites, sound files, and the like. What it cares about are data files and other bits of code that could be modified to gain an advantage in game.

Right, reinstalling the game worked for the Hacker error message, but now i have data file corruption at the login prompt. This is getting stupid. Why are there so may problems with NF at the moment!!!
