  • Foo Fighter sighted recently over Holland

During the WWII era, Allied fighter pilots saw strange objects in the skies over Europe that they affectionately called "Foo Fighters" A recent story popped up concerning a fly-by over Amsterdam:

The symbol on the craft resembles an old rune:
 

You can decide if the Foo Fighter is some made up tale from fatigued pilots pulling too much airtime, or something a bit more real.

 But this particular inter-galactic model is not commonly sighted elsewhere by earthers. Think of the symbol as what you would call a "hood ornament".

This being a World War 2 era based game I was just using period terminology employed at the time to label suspected enemy yet unidentified flying aircraft. The article does not state it to be a cloud or a foo fighter.

You can decide for yourself if it is swamp gas, dashpanel-light reflecting on inside glass,...shooting star or Venus. Does not matter to me really since I have seen such things myself.
