I need to level up some support sailors to replace my lost one from the merger of the servers . I forget the cut off as to when you had to class sailors and need to know ... if Iwait till level 25 to class the BO for the Z99 or if I need to do it before it ..... this will be a junk BO for purposes of leveling support sailors.
