I would like these items on my BBs;
- 150% dmg against tuned ships.
- 150% exp against tuned ships.
- No crew death against tuned ships.

Smoke is a tactical tool. Make it reload faster? Why not 100% cloud cover? Its limited duration and long reload make it a tool for a smart player. What you suggest would turn it into a crutch for poor players.
