Can someone tell me why charles dont produce damage to a QV armored... and nebby does... same angle 40

The QV might be AWed or it might have 900 SD, if so, it will take more than 1 salvo to kill it.

Not all nations bb6s have the same armor penetration. It is for balance reasons. If mn bb6 had same armor penetration as us and ijn bb6. charlie would be so overpowered.

but we test... nebby whit HE against QV 11 dek... and 38K damage.. Charles whit HE... same angle... 3K damage :S so dont have same penetration

Because nebby is overpowered.
It doesn't pierce 11" deck at max, but it pierce over 22" deck at max.
