I sended a support ticket yesterday about data file  corruption.
got the answer  tryied to apply that solution  but ain't worked  for me ,so i sended  another  ticket like  was sayed  in the first answer of my  ticket "in case that solution not working plz contact us again'   so i sended another ticket  but i got  the answer 
  that make me   very mad  it was  same answer like  i got for the  first ticket!
DEAR MK  be proffesional   if  u dont have the answer or way  to help just answer  like that  . but plz dont  waste my time!
