Someone said he can use his bb BO on the primary CV or event CV. I am wondering whether it is ture. If so, I dont need bother spending a lot of time to get a new cv line.

Any sailor that is the right level can be the BO of a PCV or ECV.

Considering you can't use low level pilots with them anymore, I suppose this could be true in some situations.
If you just wanted to own a CV crew though, surely the better option is to level yourself from scratch than buy your way to PCV and only use that and ECVs.
