Guys for exemple if i get a support sailor with engine +12 and i dont class it until lvl 120 do it got more ability and etc? and the same results with fighters? if they being fighters only they would get any increase_? better than classing them?

Look at Adalbert's guide on ability, which is stickied on first page. I can tell you though, although it has more repair and is lighter than an engine classed on time, it loses much more engine ability than repair ability gains.
