can we remove the feature of the scout that make it chase other planes... its kinda annoying now... especially when your facing multiple bb5s and your scout suddenly follow their scout in the mids of battle and your scout is the only one scouting (since other bbs are lazy to launch one sometimes)...

and maybe time to separate ship and plane control...
