Actually yes, Several engineers above lvl 95, probably 12 BVE if not EBVE. My PCA without all the armor runs around 60 knots too. Above CLs and CAs the max overheat speed is capped, you wont see more than 2 maybe 3 BB/CV ships going above 40-41 knots.

Something i missed here, I meant ----->>> You wont see more than 2-3 ships going over 40-41 knots with a standard gun-armor load and a crew at ship lvl, give or take 5 lvls.

depend on the load out of engies... when i got my alsace. i already have 42 knts with 6 engies at lvl 99 and 100

Still wrong. Scharnhorst, Gneisenau, O-Project, O-Project II, O-Project II (1942), Alsace, South Dakota, Lion I, Prince of Wales, and a few others can easily run 42+, even at level.
